Experiencing a high degree of clairsentience—sometimes being emotionally flooded by her environments from a young age— Xtina became conscious of vibrational energy and instinctively learned tools to engage more directly. Xtina, who grew up in a musical house, early on also discovered the power of sound. Dancing gave her portals to revisit emotional landscapes and express complexities. Then as an incantatory weaver of poetry, she discovered the spellbinding qualities and musicality of words that moves across the subconscious. 

 

As a long time voyager she found herself in homes with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal harps and tuning forks. In each introduction she discovered again and again the psychosomatic impacts that intentional vibrations have. An intuitive practitioner who learns through gnosis, Xtina came to sound healing by experimentation, connecting with each instrument-guide as a being and forming relationships where she discovered these super:natural instruments unlock the unspoken places in which the body opens time, space and the emotional body.
