Being exposed to great music from an early age, Erik recalls feeling the emotional impact and power of music and frequency first-hand — the ability to transmit something about oneself or the world that wasn’t conscious before, and the ability to evoke different
emotional states and thus different states of being.
This realisation drew him to making music himself - having learned the basics of piano and trumpet - as a means of discovering and getting to know himself and to tap into different emotions.
This intuitive understanding of the creative process and, in particular, the power of frequency was gradually substantiated by his growing interest in and understanding of metaphysics, mysticism, alchemy, esoteric knowledge, and modern science.
Stumbling upon the tuning fork experience, an even deeper meaning of frequency and
its powers began to unravel.
Having had a profound experience, his eyes opened to the never-ending but deeply worthwhile journey of understanding frequency, its implications, and its conscious application in life.
Tuning forks, - Light Body Activations - a tool to regulate the nervous system, to gain agency over the human experience, to serve as pathways to enlightenment, and as a practice of love,
have played a key role in Erik’s life ever since.
The Soul Embodiment Scale, consisting of nine frequencies designed to be played in a Wavering Shimmer, combines Erik’s intuitive approach to sound, his intellectual curiosity for research, and his musicality with his key principles and values.
The result is a scale that is as cognitively intriguing as it is emotionally impactful and symbolically rich.
Nine tones, harmoniously resonating with one another, with 432 Hz as the heart and centre piece, create a scale that offers a soundscape of major harmony reminiscent of Heaven on Earth — a concordance of perfect harmony with slight tension eternally being released. When played, it creates an environment of coherence that invites the soul to continually embody itself into the human vessel.
