XOSAR × Ultra Heaven
Three signature forks explore multidimensional awareness through contrasting numerical themes: 333 Hz, Create, Visualise, Evolve; 666 Hz, Express, Banish, Transcend; 999 Hz, Eternal, Renewal, Totality. “Banish” is used here as an expression of releasing an obsolete pattern, with agency remaining with the listener.
333 Hz, Integrate
Create, visualise, evolve. Three points establish a triangle; three repeated digits become an expression of perception held from several angles. 333 Hz accompanies the capacity to learn, integrate information and recognise a wider view.
Symbolic resonance
Three is the first polygonal form; 33 carries the teacher image, translating understanding into communication. “High Self” names an observing capacity that can remain compassionate while holding different perspectives. Intuition stays in dialogue with context and evidence.
In practice
Hum or sing with the tone at a comfortable register. Listen around the forehead, chest and temples, keeping sound comfortably away from the ears. Use during journaling, reflection, intention setting or a complex decision. Notice whether thoughts, emotions and actions agree, and where another perspective might help.

“You can witness All with Loving Awareness.” A triad of three becomes a light code for the one who can bring several perspectives into a coherent view. Integrity, discernment and self-guided learning are practices to develop through attention.
Repeated numbers as mirrors
Within Ultra Heaven, repeated digits are symbolic prompts for self recognition. Pattern becomes a reminder to listen, reconsider a perspective and act with compassion. Meaning develops through your relationship with the sound and the situation; it is not a fixed property that predicts an outcome.
Ground Tactics, sound as information
Sound comes before the words we use to describe it. Ground Tactics calls frequencies primordial information, bringing together number, geometry, feeling, thought and symbolism. What matters is our relation to what we hear and feel. We return to this with curiosity, learning to recognise ourselves and care for the whole. We call ourselves “Students of Love”.
Consent, agency & care
Before using a fork on another person’s body, explain what you intend to do and ask for informed consent. Point out each proposed placement. Make it clear that they can decline a location, ask for a change, speak about what they need, or stop the session at any time. Keep listening to them throughout.
Close attention to the body can bring up difficult memories, feelings or thoughts. Take the person’s pace, pause when needed and leave time to settle afterwards.
